Training in Giving & Receiving Feedback

Motivate employees, prevent conflicts and accelerate professional growth

Training in Giving & receiving Feedback

Giving & receiving feedback is probably the most important, and at the same time the most neglected aspect of interpersonal communication. Its absence or bad execution is the number 1 mistake in leadership, communication and teamwork (and many others).

Our training in giving & receiving feedback starts out by demonstrating the fundamental importance of feedback for a multitude of work related situations, such as leading, motivating, communicating, teambuilding or resolving conflicts (before they arise). Also we illustrate the importance of feedback for learning, development and relationship building.

Only after the importance is clear we focus on how to actually give and receive critical-constructive feedback in a way that the other person will be able to take/accept the feedback without feeling attacked or accused. We establish rules for giving and receiving critical-constructive feedback before we turn to different tools/schemata for formulating constructive feedback.
